The attached file shows all of the exchanges in the state with the distances recognized by the company and the union. These have been established for many years with only small additions as new exchanges became established.
The following attachment is an Excel package with several tabs breaing seniority down by title and wage scale. The tie breaker assigned # is NOT valid. Any techs sharing a NCS will not know their seniority until the 3rd quater lists are available. We are expectecting them anyday. This will also change again during the 4Q20 Surplus process.
On Friday June 5th the CWA SE at&t Presidents voted in favor of a Memorandum of Agreement(MoA) for the company to offer a voluntary severance package in anticipation of a 4Q20 surplus announcement. This voluntary offer will pay SIPP +$50,000 for Core techs and Term pay +$5,000 for any Wire techs expressing interest.
AT&T promised working families good jobs after getting a huge tax break. Instead, the company broke its promises, laying off thousands and stonewalling our demands for a fair contract to keep jobs in our communities.
